a new recipe

Rigatoni with plum tomatoes, salami, mozzarella, and arugula

It was fun to make and tasted pretty good. The arugula lends an interesting flavor and texture. I should have dialed back on the olive oil though (I did less than the recipe but it still wasn’t enough).

p.s. Heck of a heartburn after that. I wonder what that’s about?
